He has deep experience in HR consultancy, employee relations management, project management, organisational restructuring, redundancy and retrenchment support, strategic planning and strategic business partnering.

HR Consultant
Since joining our team, Elise has played a crucial role in the continued growth of our business. Elise comes from a background of supporting small to medium start up businesses with foundational HR support specifically supporting the build of new HR policies, systems and governance. She understands the day to day issues that effect sole traders and small businesses and the challenges they experience with employees and customers.
